The Big Lakes Regional EMS Council CON committee will be holding a Public Hearing concerning the Certificate of Need application submitted by Niagara County EMS. Copies of the application are available for review by contacting: 585-698 -8918
The Big Lakes Regional EMS Council CON Committee invites the public to comment on the application. All those wishing to make verbal comments to the Board may attend the Public Hearing on Monday, May 5th, 2025. Comments will be limited to three minutes per person, although written comments may also be submitted to the Big Lakes Regional EMS CON Committee. The Board will accept comments from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm or closing of testimony, whichever is later. The hearing will be held at the Niagara County Public Safety Building, 5574 Niagara Street Ext., Lockport, N.Y. 14094.
Commenters are urged to make comments concise. All written comments must be received by the Big Lakes Regional EMS Council CON Committee no later than May 2nd, 2025, at 5pm at the following address: UB/MD EMS Division, c/o Big Lakes Regional EMS Council, 77 Goodell Street, Suite 420, Buffalo, N.Y. 14203
