TOWN OF PENDLETON
NIAGARA COUNTY, NEW YORK

Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Assessor in and for the TOWN OF PENDLETON, NIAGARA COUNTY, STATE OF NEW YORK, states that the TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL for the year 2022 has been completed, and that a copy of the same is on file at the ASSESSOR’S
OFFICE, PENDLETON TOWN HALL, 6570 Campbell Boulevard, Lockport, NY 14094, where it may be seen and inspected by any one person until the 24th day of May, 2022. The Assessor’s Office is open Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Further notice is hereby given, that GRIEVANCES will be heard at the Town Hall, 6570 Campbell Boulevard, Lockport, NY, on the 24th day of May 2022 during the hours of 4:00-8:00 p.m. All complaints to be heard by the Board of Assessment Review must be completed on the OFFICIAL FORM OF COMPLAINT AND FILED AT THE Town Hall on or before May 24, 2022. Complaint forms may be obtained at the Assessor’s Office at the Pendleton Town Hall or online at www.tax.ny.gov.
