NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Pendleton, Niagara County, New York, has scheduled a public hearing for the 9th day of January 2023 at 6:50 p.m., at the Pendleton Town Hall, 6570 Campbell Boulevard, Pendleton, New York, 14094. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public input for the proposed modification of water rates for all users effective as of January 1, 2023 as follows:
0 to 6,000 gallons – $19.00 (minimum).
7,000 to 12,000 gallons – $1.40 per thousand gallons.
13,000 to 22,000 gallons – $1.35 per thousand gallons.
23,000 to 32,000 gallons – $1.30 per thousand gallons.
Over 32,000 gallons – $1.20 per thousand gallons.
